I prefer the technic sets because my mind has a neuron activation whenever I build those mechanical functions like an engine with pistons or a gearshift, just the right feeling. But I get why everyone else loves the regular bricks and that's perfectly fine, I occasionally like building those too and rebuilding them in different ways
