This is my newest video of Dai Sifu EMIN BOZTEPE teaching Wing Tzun kung fu in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sifu Emin comes to the Twin Cities two or three times per year to instruct us and allow us to test for higher levels within the EBMAS Wing Tzun system.
Included in this video is a fair amount of higher level knife, gun, and stick defences, as well as a good amount of lower-level applications (I was testing for 4th level when this video was shot).
Featured in this video are students Charles Daniel Sherman, Keenan Brown, Marcus Durant, Meera Yanz, Matthias Joyce, Jordan Davis, and Kailey Smith, as well as instructors Jimmie Heags Jr. and Andrew Mills (head instructor of EBMAS Twin Cities).
I am very excited about this project, and training with this group of Wing Tzun students has been the best experience of my martial arts career. I started training with EBMAS Twin Cities in the Spring of 2012, and I have not met a more dedicated group of traditional martial artists since.

Schön Emin noch im Einsatz zu sehen, und auch das er dem WT wie ich es mal gelernt hat treu geblieben ist. Er sieht älter aus, aber es ist immernoch Fit. - Nice to see Emin as we know him back from his times in germany. His wing chun is of a very high quality. You cant go wrong with that.

biu tze applications in a beginners class ,haven´t seen that until yet ( the EWO and IWTO ) teaches that when you have the 12th sg it will be checked for the 1st tg

With the gun defence you can see that he's far outside his realm. The stick defenses are good though

Emin, being Turkish,claimed Wing Chun was created in Turkey...lol...May be it is true, may be the Pope is a Muslim.....lol ..

Have trained with him multiple times and he definitely never claimed that Wing Chun was invented in Turkey. thanks for playing.

Matthias Joyce He said that in one of his videos. It was an old one that I bought in VHS format. He said "WC was created in Turkey but developed in China."

Wing Chun is fun to train but it takes years of training to be able protect yourself using it..Muay Thai is more applicable.

Kemalist 82 That depends on the instructor and what he focus his training on,most WC,WT,VT can be stingy and not give out the good parts of the art or maybe they don't know it themselves.This is no disrespect to muay thai cause it very effective,six month tops you're out there kicking ass taking names.

Muay thai is easiear to learn. But you need an excelent physical condition to defend yourself with Muay Thai. In Wing Chun if you do not have a good physical condition but you have a high technique level you can beat stronger people. In Muay Thai in 3 years you can learn everything and you will not have anything else to learn.

but i know that he knows what it is about , he is the most experienced fighter in the WT world i know only Salih Avci can keep with him , so if he choses to teach it that way it is o.k. , his former Si Fu Kernspecht was very money orientated . i would like to know with whom is he learning further ( he went out of the EWTO as a 5 Pg 1st master degree so he needs someone )
