In this video I got a call for a gas smell in the mornings. Looks like there was a gas combustion issue along with some lack of maintenance. Found the gas pressure was super high due to a failed external gas regulator. The heat recovery wheel belt had fallen off and the filters were super plugged. I also go over how to navigate the Daikin micro Tech III controller.
