I had muscle soreness today and couldn't do any of my workouts that I usually do but it's important for me to workout because of my mental health, so If I don't workout, I stay down, sad and depressed the whole day or suffer from mood swings, so I had to do something and here you are.... Thank you so much for this gentle little stretches, I can easily do them without straining my muscles and without worrying about my mental health ❤️💕💕

I just started working out for a couple days, I'm 48kg/158cm height in my twenties. I'm trying to work out for lean muscles and more flexibility which I have none rn. I can see it visibly since I can't even bend down with my muscles tight. Thank you ms shirlyn for making simple videos for us❤

I plan to do this for 1 week Day 1::✔️ Day 2::✔️ Day 3::❌ actually there was a home party and I ate a lot so it did 1 hour HIT workout instead of this Day 4::✔️ Day 5::✔️I decided to do it with water fasting let me see if I can do it Day 6::✔️It's evening and like I didn't go on water fasting cuz I drank a medium glass milk because I didn't told my mom and family about water fasting because if I'll tell them they'll not let it happen .Bot still I'd go on fasting Day 7::✔️ I'm gonna change my routine and try to do some more workout so firstly I'm gonna tell it's very nice workout

Skinny fat” is a relatively high percentage of body fat and a low amount of muscle mass, despite having a “normal” BMI. And Bloating occurs in your abdomen (stomach). It happens when your gastrointestinal (GI) tract is filled with air or gas. It includes your entire digestive system.
