Back in the 90's I couldn't wait to get up at 6:30 a.m. and work out with Denise so glad I can watch her on you tube. DENISE PLEASE START A NEW WORKOUT SHOW!

I have always LOVED Denise Austin and her workouts. She is an unproblematic angel and just so encouraging through workouts. I will take these old school workouts over this new stressful stuff people are making these days. She gets straight to the point, it works and she works different muscles I didn't even know I had. Geez Louise, Denise, when did YOU show up on RU-vid -- and HOW did I miss it? Our technological landscape has changed my fitness habits. Over ten years ago, I had a bunch of your DVDs that were a little out of date then, but your workouts are classic and EFFECTIVE; I eventually transitioned to influencers on RU-vid. I thought you retired. Regardless of what people say (when they want to make fun), you are my favorite "cheerleader." I was trying to make a loaf of bread this morning after it rose 24 hours with the last of the flour and yeast I had (the stores are out). The recipe was terrible and I chucked the unsalvageable dough down the disposal in anger. I was sipping my coffee, cursing a day that is not going to be good, and then lo and behold, I saw this thumbnail. It cheered me right back up. Some things never go out of style. You might actually get me off the couch today and motivate me to BURN some carbs, not just eat them. WELCOME BACK, DENISE! WE LOVE YOU!

I'm so glad to have these workouts again! They saved me 20 years ago and now I need saving again! I've tried all the modern workouts and just can't keep it going. There's just something about her encouragement all throughout the workout that keeps me motivated. The workouts themselves are always just right too! She gets to the point and gets it done in the most cheerful way possible! I used to get up at 6:30 every morning and do these before I got my kids up for school and I looked forward to my me and Denise time lol!

Denise, I absolutely love you. Years ago, I needed to drop pregnancy weight and I worked out with your videos everyday and loved it and got in the best shape of my life. I had over the years had some fitness set backs an injury after a young man drove his car into my parked car and my back took years to get back to normal. I am now anxious to get back to my former self and get working in the fitness and health industry. Everyday, I worked out with you and sometimes twice a day. You are my favorite fitness trainer, you're positive, upbeat and fun - it's always like working out with a best friend and your disposition is how I like to, and choose to live my life - sunny and positive!

Man, maybe some of you can help me remember one of these workout shows, I'm fairly sure it was ESPN or ESPN2, back in the 90's. Were there any other cable networks with workout shows at that time? Maybe USA Network? 1. It kind of looked like they were on a workout area near a hotel or resort, like this. Big grey surface (possibly cement, not on sand) with some exercise mats or steps. 2. They mostly did just aerobics the whole time. 3. Always just three women. 4. It was NOT Body Shaping, or anything Gilad (although for some reason it made me think maybe Gilad's production team was involved?), Co-Ed Training, Basic Training, or Kiana's Flex Appeal. 5. Gilad was never in it, just the three ladies. I can't remember the name of the lead lady, but one of the ones in the background was named "Marina" or "Marrina". I had a huge crush on Marrina and she was the only reason I watched. She was Asian, perhaps Japanese or Chinese, but tall, toned and had the biggest happiest smile. 6. I was quite familiar with Kathy Derry, Deprise, Lee Ann,( and of course the biblically HAWT Danielle Corley and Page Langton), Jenny Dempster, Kendell Hogan, etc from regular Body Shaping, and also pretty darn sure it was not Kimiko Tanaka (who, while scorchingly hot, was not nearly as freaking CUTE as Marrina. 7. It was kind of like this... a big gray surfaced area which was in a round shape, scenery in the background something like we see here, with hotel or resort buildings and palm trees which had obviously been planted around this workout area. Not sure if they were in St Thomas, Hawaii, or where. 8. I can't for the life of me remember who the lead workout lady was, but she may have had some minor name power / clout at the time. 9. Have done multiple Google searches, and can't find it listed. Anyway, if this seems familiar, please let me know! I just want to remember who my 90's girlcrush was!
