I remember being a little girl coming into my babysitters home at 6am and seeing Denise Austin on the tv with the beach behind her and hearing her calm voice with a big smile while working out making it look easy lol it’s nice to see she is still working out and still giving off the same vibes 20 years later 💕✨✨

Love this! I remember babysitting my cousin early in the morning, her still sleeping and me doing Denise Austin! I was 15-16. Early 2000s. The beach scenes are the most vivid for me. I had a few faves recorded on VHS!

I read through these comments and like so many, I've always enjoyed working out with Denise and so I wonder how many people are alive, healthier and happier than they would have been had Denise not put herself out there? I'm serious, NO ONE can inspire me to work out like she can. Just thinking of that smiling face and enthusiasm gets me started.

I've been working out with you since around 2008. I'm 68 now and fit and toned thanks in part to you (and some other exercise gurus I follow). I have heaps of your dvd's and still do them regularly. Thank you for uploading some new stuff to youtube. Even though the exercises are pretty much the same, as you say they definitely do work! You don't need to change anything.

I just love Denise's positive attitude. Her daughter is adorable she thinks the pony was invented in the eighties lol anybody else know it was in the sixties. She is adorable. I have never ever lost weight doing denise Austin workouts but they are perfect for my recovery days or A-day where I just need some positivity. As a type one diabetes I have to push pretty hard to maintain my weight because of taking insulin but this was absolute perfect for A-day where adjust was kind of dragon a little bit and it just lifted my spirits. Thank you so much ladies

Back in 2007 when I was 9y/o I used to workout with my mom to videos of when you were at the beach on DVD🥲Thanks to that you have taught me that exercising is almost crucial to keeping a body healthy, and I haven't looked back. Warm greetings from Canada! I was introduced to you through my parents as they worked out to your VHS cassettes in the 80s. During the pandemic I worked out to your RU-vid videos and DVDs and lost almost 30 pounds!
