Damian Lillard trade reports reignite, so where do the Milwaukee Bucks fit in the conversation? 

We must improve the team by any means necessary. Love Khris, jrue, Bobby, Lopez, etc but anything short of multiple titles during the Gainnis Era is unacceptable

We definitely need to get in on this Dame trade talk. It would be irresponsible of the Bucks not to explore it. Jrue Holiday would be part of the trade. Our front office should feel pressure after 2 ugly playoff flameouts. If not, we know what’s coming if we take another 1st or 2nd Round Playoff Exit.

Terry Stotts should be working hard behind the scenes with Cronin to get Lillard in a Bucks uniform.

Okay, I’m putting my conspiracy hat on.. let me know what your thoughts are on this take😂 I think Giannis has been more vocal and forthright than usual as a means of leveraging an opinion he’s expressed privately to ownership/management. I think when he spoke on the element of (verbatim) “people aren’t willing to sacrifice time away form their families like I am”, he was subliminally referring to Jrue Holiday and how he has publicly stated that he’s going to retire once his contract expires. Which then leads me to believe that Giannis has expressed to the powers that be, “if this man is simply going to retire, then why is he still here taking up massive amounts of salary? There is an available superstar who is a perfect counterpart to my skill set and he wants to take down the super teams with the small markets. Why are we not being more aggressive about this?” The bucks office doesn’t show enough interest in the idea, so he goes public in a New York Times article and decides to turn up the heat. Then just a couple weeks later, suddenly a “mystery team” in the East emerges as a trade suitor (and let’s face it, there isn’t another team in the East worth noting that can fly under the radar any better than the bucks). Here is my proposed trade (I am an idiot so I apologize in advance): Bucks receive: Damian Lillard & 2 2nd round picks via Portland Portland receives: Chris Paul, GSW 2026&2027 1st round picks, Bucks 2029 first round pick, Marjon Beauchamp, Moses Moody GSW receive: Jrue Holiday, Bobby Portis, & Justice Winslow. Trust me, I know it’s horrid, but I spent 10 minutes writing this comment and I am getting you royalties in doing so. I hope you enjoyed this monstrosity.

I do not want Dame. I think it will destroy any depth of team and will lock us from any moves for the next 4 years. I have been a huge supporter of trading any 2 of Pat, Grayson Bobby for buddy Hield

You may think me crazy but I would be willing to give up Jrue and Khris if necessary to go after Damian since all 3 are around the same age. And I don't say that lightly since I do like both. Yes, you would want to check with Giannis if you're considering it. This would also allow the team to start developing the younger players like Marjon. Would we be down this year, perhaps, but I think Giannis would see the sincerity of the organization in its effort to keep on the winning track. Is this a crazy thought?

I think one of the points the fellas are missing is that Dame is owed a lot of money. To me, that knocks down the compensation because of how much money you're going to have to pay in his later years.
