He should've been banned from this sport a long time ago, after his first dozen filthy ripped submissions. He's done that to several dozen guys. He deserves the same and worse. Break mechanics are a line he is willing to cross any given match. He will over torque and overextend any chance he is given. That in and of itself should dictate the proper course of action as for his continuance of competing. Guys got issues and he doesn't even know it or acknowledge it. He's too young to care or see.
