January 7, 1990: The late, great Dan Seals (a solo Country artist, and half of the duo "England Dan and John Ford Coley") stopped by Radio KEEN (1370 Stereo Country) before an annual appearance in San Jose, CA. He was kind enough to grant an interview to Melissa McConnell, Midday Personality and Music Director (for her feature segment, "Melissa's Pix -- Hit Video of the Week) on Heritage Cablevision in San Jose.
The interview is unedited and uncut (as was his way, he took his time to talk about his music and his career), and since the monitors were muted when he did a brief studio interview, the audio (from the DJ's headphones!) is boosted so you can hear what he had to say on the air. It's almost 15 minutes long -- because some things just take time.
