Dan can (and does) sing everything from opera, to Disney covers, to metal - though his preferred genre is metal. Head down the Dan Vasc rabbit hole, you won't be disappointed! He can belt out Steve Perry (journey) arguably better than Steve perry himself or he can go hard metal. Anything you listen to you wont be disappointed. I've already sung along with Dan for the first time through...I always do...several times a day. I have a deeper bass than Dan can do, and I'm working at getting BACK my upper high soprano range (I couldn't do it, for many years, due to rheumatoid arthritis crippling me up very badly). I'm almost to where I can sing his top note and HOLD it (I can usually hit it, now, but not yet sustain it -- after a year of working at it by listening to and watching Dan every day, every day, every day). When it comes to the harmonica part, I just whistle it. I've had more fun with your reaction than with any others, though there are plenty of them "out there" that I also love. THANK YOU AGAIN, and thank you for the the sing-along. LOVED IT! 😀 I've subbed and hit the bell. I am 81. I never bothered to listen to Metal (heavy or otherwise), but I do love most kinds of music. Easter of 2023 I was rummaging around on RU-vid Music and came across Dan just beginning Amazing Grace. Being familiar with the song, I stopped to listen just for a second. It was such a nice rendition that I listened for a bit. When Dan started the second half.... I couldn't turn away. Like you I was flabbergasted! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. In the last year+ I have learned to appreciate a lot of Metal, but in Dan's 250+/- covers I have discovered a whole lot of music from Dan's covers that I wasn 't aware of. Dan IS the man! I enjoyed this first "reaction" that I've watched from you and enjoyed it very much. Thankx!

My Father favourite hymn ! I sang him into Heaven ! Part of my heart died that day My father died from Prostrate cancer !! My brother was with not with us and my daddy heard me screaming Where is my brother He was an alcoholic not coping ! Not wanting to watch my father die !I never left my daddy for three weeks I’d go home see my son who is disabled He didn’t understand where mummy was gone He doesn’t understand death My brother died as well 8 years later from alcoholism And I lost my mummy the year before my brother to dementia My daddy heard my cry’s and He came back for another 20 minutes so his son could say Goodbye I love opera singing….Its my favourite Hey bro you have a great voice I couldn’t see much difference between you both I will meet you in Heaven someday my brother in Christ xx

He has extensive vocal training in both classical and metal techniques and can basically sing just about anything he wants to, from folk to Disney to opera, in any range and in any style. And of course metal and hard rock are his real loves. He’s been called The Man with a Thousand Voices, and also Mr. Opera Meets Metal. And he’s a fantastic performer, just him and his mic in his studio in Brazil. Which is to say, You ain’t heard nothin’ yet!
