asicsjohnson boxing is the basics the entire premise of if mayweather steps into the octagon he'd get destroyed is the very proof of that simple fact. , the octagon IS the advanced boxing ring!!! period!!! so no matter what ring an mma fighter steps into , it's going backwards. mayweather is quite literally fucked. ..all conor has to do is extend 1 arm to keep him from dodging and escaping., something mayweathers competition for whatever reason has failed to do for the last 30years? why? because they arent strong enough , they arent intelligent enough , to assert aggression and keep this guy pressured .

how can it NOT mean anything to "the sport of boxing" if Floyd loses? I like Dana, but he says so much stupid shit. Of course it means EVERYTHING to boxing if Floyd loses. It turns irrelevant. They call it the "sweet science" and claim it's so hard and technical and difficult and all that crap, and Floyd is the so called best ever. If a guy who is (on paper) an amateur in the sport, wins over him, Boxing WILL DIE. 100%. Same goes for MMA if Floyd would beat Conor. It's pretty obvious.

Conor is gonna rush Mayweather like Tyson. Something nobody else has done before. Everyone gives Floyd too much respect. Once Floyd gets on the ropes, like he always does, he's gonna get touched. NOT saying Mayweather will lose though. I even think Conor will intentionally punch Floyds hands.

Are we forgetting that Conor destroyed a champion with a 10 year winning streak who coyly dodged the initial fight date with a weak excuse for an injury to maintain extra training. This guy wasn't even close to 40, btw. Conor took another opponent on short notice. He let the champ train longer, and then WHOOPED his ass with a single punch in 13 seconds. Really gonna come down to How in shape Conor is and how many of floyds jabs he can take. McGregor is not gonna try to box him he's gonna try to knock him out and he's gonna miss and get countered a lot. But if he can keep his energy and Last until the late rounds it's hard to say that he's not gonna catch Floyd with some hard punches
