I think most people assume it's from dry scalp and stop shampooing which exacerbates the problem, so good to set the record straight. I found that just washing my hair more got rid of dandruff without the specialized products, but this outcome will likely depend on the severity of your condition.

Hi, thank you so much for making these informative videos. I'm sure many of us suffer from all these conditions and doing your own research online can be so difficult as there's so much information out there, you don't know which to follow and what products would be best for you. Your videos and advice are so helpful and I'm sure many benefit from them. Please can you do a video on hair health as I've been using nizoral for years now and it's good for temporary relief but the dandruff comes back again before the next wash and sort of left my hair so weak. I've been suffering from telogun effluvium as well and breaking hair so any tips would be of so much help. Thank you

Try the products I recommend for 4 weeks. If it hasn't improved as is quite severe visit your Doctor, you may require a steroid ointment.

I have kinky hair too and nizoral works for me. I think in the US you need a prescription to get nizoral 2% but nizoral 1% ketoconazole is available over the counter

Thank you! I use Selsun but it leaves small scabs on my head. The Doctor said Seb Dem., but I have never seen any sign of Dandruff. Itching is the worst thing.
