My skin is too oily, I have visited many dermatologist but nothing is working on my skin, i having suicidal thoughts but I can’t do that too because my parents send me to china for education and they have expectations from me. Due to over accutane dose I have been dealing with sever anxiety, Depression and dry eyes and headaches etc , all the time i just want to end my life. Hey man, I'm not a doctor or anyone with any background in medicine. But just quick googling says Isotretinoin (accutane) has side effects like mental disorders and depression. If possible, try to seek out more doctors and tell them all about your condition. I've been watching Dr. Usama and Dr. Shereene Idris lately and both of them have videos recommending Retinoid serum, niacinamide, vitamin c serum, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Beta Hydroxy Acid. I think you should talk to a doctor about getting off Isotret and starting some less potent retinoid.
