Ibuki was in a band, no? The "creative differences" she mentioned could me she was kicked out and had to leave the concert or whatever. So supposedly crying and broken-hearted, Junko saw the despair-filled Ibuki and naturally knew she would be an easy target.

Tidal E Sounds like a pain-in-the-ass to program. Plus, something like that with 15-16 students?! Something like that on a level that Danganronpa is, could take... over 3-4 years... then again, I'm just guessing.

That would be fucking terrible, character development and the story would be completely butchered. Do you even realize how impossible that would be to code and write in such a dialog heavy game? Actually it's more a visual novel than a game, it'd be impossible.

You could make it work, as long as you dont make it too direct, like if only 3 people in a particular chapter could be possible which could be determined by the time you spend with certain people. Or if spending time with people makes them less likely to be killers, however there would always be a back up character. I dont know. Its possible, but would be difficult to do without screwing with plot, and game play. I still agree with you, im just trying to be realistic, so I doubt it would be done, but I like the idea.
