Your explanation of this run is like 30 minutes faster then the first speedrun I just completed on this game 😂. Thank you for the great content, I've learned so much from you in the past week about ds3 speedrunning and very grateful for all this knowledge you've shared
Honestly, i don't comment that often but I'm amazed by such a detailed tutorial for beginners like me, it really helps. Thank you so much ! PS : I was writing down everything you said on my notes, but at the 4th page I noticed there was you own in the description :')

I see no spanish people on the glitchless leaderbords. Well, I think it's time to change that. Thanks for your support and your effort on doing these videos, I'm gonna practice from now on!
Thanks so much of this video. Makes all the menuing and quick stat allocation of speedruns clearer. Ive now the confidence to do sub two hours but getting better!
DS3 was pretty hard for me the 2 times I played through it, so I might just try to learn this route for an easier experience. I doubt I'll ever get into speedrunning, but I like to waste as little time as possible on repeat playthroughs
@@ggtooez The reason is why it isnt considered as a glitch, because in comparison to other "freezes" AI of Lorian isnt broken or smth, in this case they dont see you and if you hit Lorian even once he will immediately notice you and you wont be able to hide from him again. If you check out Watchers AI Freeze or Aldrich AI Freeze youll see that no matter what you do they will not move, and not gonna do anything because AI isnt even activated in these fight because of fog wall manipulations, while in this case with Princes you already activate the fight = activate the AI
Hey, nice explanation it helps a lot. However i noticed that the +1500 souls you get from the kight falling down the ladder before farron's keep is mandatory to have enough souls to buy everything before the Watchers. Is there any back up if the knight doesn't fall ?
hey, I know I'm commenting a bit late but I can never get pontiff to stagger with the single hit after his explosion (at 1:09:04), I got the exact same build and everything. can you tell why? (playing on game version 1.15)
@@Siegbruh yea second or third, I sometimes got it to work now when everything went perfect. Thanks! Another thing: What do I do when Aldrich opens with arrows? Like I always lose 40-80% of my hp and he does that opener around 80% of the time for me
Hi Sieg, I've been trying to do Bonfireless runs and (Yellowfinger Heysel) keeps invading me every time I try to pick up the Green crest shield and it's only been happening to me on my last 3 runs any solution or way to avoid him?
I do want to learn DS3 speedrunning but right now I have PS5, dont have gaming pc. And practicing on ps5 is really hard. I cant upload save file at certain points. I mean I can but it will take really long time.
Was there a nerf of the sellswords in the last darksouls 3 version because my sellswords doesn't deal as much damage then yours in the video or maybe I am doing something wrong
Awesome explanation. Quick question. Why do you put the hood back on at firelink? Or putting the chest piece back on when you first got into Farron Swamp? I understand taking them off for the weight, but what's the point of putting them back on?
Cause more pieces of armor you can afford while staying under 30% = better. Because for each unequipped piece of armor theres a penalty, character takes iirc ~5% more damage etc. And in farron keep i do equip chest piece to avoid poisoning at the start
Not really, its like ~1 minute slower. Here are the notes for current patch version, but majority is the same - docs.google.com/document/d/1lpbpX3VB7bwS32QTbhv4ypcc-3o3oRlEPjYZkPifLPQ/edit
m8 how are you loading your save after killing a boss and having it be alive again? I have cheat engine installed but I have no clue how to do that and googling it didn't help much either
