I am SO STOKED for the Darkwing Duck collection. Nostalgia doesn't usually get to me, but Disney Afternoon is one of the few things that can do it, because those shows were 100% my jam as a kid. If they do a collection of the Rescue Rangers comic, I will lose it 🤯 I tried collecting those old single issues and some of them are hard to find.

WOW! i love the ducktales 2017 show! it’s so good man! if you haven’t seen or checked it out yet DO you and your kids would love it! it has a 3 season story arc WITH darkwing included. i’m definitely getting this omnibus and hopefully life and times of scrooge too!

The interview and 5000 km per second were both amazing by Fior. Red Ultramarine and blackbird days I didn’t care for too much. Super excited to read Celestia, thanks for sharing.

Getting both. I pretty much buy whatever Fantagraphics publishes lately. They’re always quality releases. I really need them to reprint the complete Crepax boxset #1. I have the second and third boxsets so I need the first one.

Last time I compared pricing to the UK, their rivals over at IST were cheaper. But it still cost me about $50 for traceable FedEx. For me, this was an offer against higher UK prices combined with availability issues at the time. Otherwise, I usually stick with Hive, Books Etc, SpeedyHen, etc.

Am i the only one who thinks that this is "scraping the bottom of the barrel" with darkwing duck being collected?!? What's next, captain carrot & the zoo crew omnibus?!? i'm sorry, but this is not my thing. Keep up the great reviews, omar.

I think it’s nostalgia. Like the Joe Books collection of Darkwing. I’ll be honest I’d never read any of the Disney Afternoon comics and it was nice, break from the norm.
