I was cooking some eggs this morning on my Dash egg steamer and the timer went off. I thought to myself, "where have I heard that tune before?" I thought for a while...and then it hit me! I remember listening to this song on the radio back in the 70s called "time has come" by the Chambers Brothers. It's the intro to their song "time has come", how appropriate!...

Got one for Xmas and have some hacks for poached eggs. 1. Use normal sized eggs only. Use PAM and spray liberally on the poach tray. With both tray openings filled the poach line in the water cup yields underdone eggs. Instead fill it one level up to soft. To remove the eggs do one side at a time lift one side higher so that the long side of the egg you are dumping onto the muffin is down. You may have to gently coax it out pushing with a spoon on the straight side. If you scoop it with a fork you will likely break the yolk. Then turn it and do the other side. If you try to slide the eggs out pointy side down you cannot control which egg comes out and they will be moving so fast as to slide off the muffin and break the yolk.
