The 17 and Cooler found seems to point to them moreso being just avatars, not DLC. Their code location doesn't seem to match those that are playable.

I want pan, videl/super saiya woman, Caulifla + Kale, master roshi, Bardock, raditz, Toppo, jiren but I also doubt that there's only going to be 1 dlc pack I bet there's going to be more cuz we all know this game is going to make mad bank

If base vegeta has all his stuff from saiyan arc i think i’ll be into it. Having him turn into an ape for his super and crush the other fighter could be an awesome grab super. Normal goku could have alot of stuff thats missing like spirit bomb and normal kaioken. Its be really cool if base goku could turn into super saiyan god form just so that gets represented in the game because its a form i really like. I cant say i wouldnt be down to do 3 gokus vs 3 vegetas, either. It also means season 2 dlc might be majority from the tournament and getting 8 of those characters could be really satisfying because theres so many contenders but the arc is still going so arc sys might not have wanted to plane the first set of dlc to go that far into the new arc until we knew everything these new fighters were capable of and their episodes were finished in production. I hope if you have 17 and 18 on the same team that his super outfit slots in for her assists. I’d love to be able to use her pink jumpsuit as an outfit, too.

When will they drop the first DLC? Is it 3 months after the game is released?

I want Kefla, toppo, jiren, bardock, Broly, vegito, fused zamasu, and jenemba.

Base Vegeta and Goku are most likely from their first fight, and they had some sweet moves there so untill I see them I will be passive. But if we get them they better do the pose the did just before Goku and Vegeta fought, You know what I mean.

Every single person who complains about DLC always ends up buying it anyways.

Tell your thoughts on each. We know Broly is always around. Everyone is gonna throw racks at him. We know Bardock will be there. How would you not like the guy? Where's Master Roshi? I know they won't add troll characters but I wouldn't classify him as one. We have all Tournament of Power participants except him and as a little Easter Egg, there's some Arcade Mode matches titled "Tournament of Power Participants" and Master Roshi would be a missing part of that puzzle. Super Buu is a great option because they have Android 21 who is a lot like him in abilities except he is very similar but at the same time he is different. They're kind of like Goku and Vegeta with their Super Saiyan and SSGSS forms. Similar specials but different in execution. I'd much rather have Caulifla with Kale on the side because we've seen her fight quite a bit with Goku and her skill set development. Kale would be a Broly clone. Cooler maybe. He's popular enough right? His transformation is more popular than Golden Frieza or even his base form. Closer to canon than Dragon Ball GT. Janemba is very different in style from other swordsman and has amazing possibilities in move set. Closer to canon than Dragon Ball GT as well. Fused Zamasu. He has much finesse. He is a very special part of Dragon Ball Super, especially his corrupted form. Jiren. Either he's in, or it's over.

why base goku and vegeta? Why not Majin Vegeta ? Or Good ol Master Roshi?

Why the fuck would anyone want base Goku or Vegeta when we already have 4 Gokus/Vegetas, and I don't like No. 17 by himself when he's already stuck to No. 18?

Actually he never mentioned Base Goku or Base Vegeta, he only mentioned 6 of the characters. Other people threw those two on there because of the second video and he said he doesn't know. It wouldn't be surprising for them to go the easy route with putting those base forms in, but for the most part it's the six characters he hacked. To be honest it sounds grand except for base goku and vegeta thats just a joke like come on give us their two new forms ui goku and ultra blue vegeta dont give us shitty base form thats not cool thats literally worse than the version already in the game, in guess goku base could have kaioken which could be cool but vegeta has nothing like that such a waste of two character slots

I'm actually looking forward to 17, I found it strange that he didn't come with the game considering the relevance that he has in the story (Which is just a little) and the context behind his character within the game. Bardock is whatever, Broly is pretty cool, don't give a fuck about Fusion Zamasu or Cooler, I kinda want Dabura, and I actually don't mind the base forms (They also should have come with the game TBH).

This is my whishlist: Ok... I love this game (played on PS4 a bit so far). But i hate to see soooo many gokus and vegetas. And people are still wanting more Gokus/Vegetas, in the form of Vegito.... booooring. Here is my proposal for DLC characters. 1* Dabura: His spit and the sword would make a great gimmick. A spit assist would be like Gotenks ring assist. 2* Dr. Gero: His gimmick would be absorb health, and his assisting character could help him covering other areas of the screen with melee attacks. Like 17/18. 3* Broly: A better Juggernauth type character than Nappa (which, as far as i know, only has one attack that is armored) 4* Caulifla + Kefla as assist: A level 3 could be both fused, and access to better/more powerful zoning abilities. 5* Pikkon: A character that excels in close quarters. Could have "wind" powers to make characters to get close to his close range specials 6* Zarbon: Long range, powerful attacks, could have interesting supers with his transformations. 7* Universe 8 Wolves: With Bergamo as main. Could be a rushdown (like Yamcha) with some interesing powers. For example, Basil poison that could blind a character, reducing his/her field of vision until is swapped by another character. 8* Uub: A character that excels at zoning attacks mostly.
