DAVE MASON Talks Career Triumphs & Performs "Only You Know And I Know" LIVE | Jukebox | Huckabee 

I attended the 2003 west coast 100 year Harley-Davidson Anniversary party and concert at the Frank Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas, CA. The main event performer was Dave Mason with surprise guest Kenny Wayne Shepard (also appearing were Eric Burdon and the Animals, Mountain, Vanilla Fudge and Brian Auger's Oblivion Express). I, a nobody, was lucky enough to obtain a coveted backstage pass provided by one of the H-D executives out of Milwaukee. Halfway through the lineup, there was a half hour break. I was in the outdoor backstage area where Harley-Davidson was providing the musicians and guests free food, drinks and deserts. I was eating my food seated in between Dave Mason and other aforementioned musicians listening in awe to them reminiscing about their times during the the 60's and 70's. I'm sure i looked gobsmacked when all of a sudden Dave turns to me and asked me how I liked the show. We had a conversation as if we were old friends, He was the nicest, down to earth rock and roll God you can imagine. It was, and still is one of the highlights of my life. I still have the H-D event t shirt hanging in my closet and have never worn it after all these years in order to preserve it. Thank you Dave for such a wonderful day! You are a true gentleman,

Hes always been my favorite, love all of his songs still to this day, been a fan since 1975!!

Dave Mason's "Alone Together" is my favorite record of all time and the man can still bring the magic.

I had the opportunity to see Dave Mason in concert while a student at Morehead State University back in the late '70s. So many great songs! My personal fave is "Only You Know & I Know".

Saw Dave and his band last summer (2023) at Penns Peak in the Poconos PA... WHAT A SHOW! This man is amazing! Hands are still as fast as ever.. and his voice is still strong. Don't miss his show if they get close to where you live!

Glad to see Dave still playing, and so well! I saw him twice in the early 70s. One of the best.

Did see Dave's Traffic Jam just last wk in FL...fabulous show! The man sounds & plays just as great as he has done years ago. All of his musicians in the band were awesome too especially with the addition of Mark Stein. Highly recommend catching this show if you can!

Such a great song I've been listening to since the 70s. Love Traffic and Mason, heard from a friend who saw Dave last year and said he was great! Maybe we should check it out cuz we're frequent concert goers. Hats off to Huckabee!

Wonderful love seeing older musicians who are still out there performing and continuing to compose great classics. Alone Together is on the Top Ten in my List of Favorites Thank you Dave for all the music you have written I have left to hear;). I'm 78 yrs young still rocking and a rolling lol thank you again;) Holly N Michigan not the UP lol Live in a retirement community only a couple of Hippies me and one other lol.

Dave's "Alone Together" album is an absolute classic piece of music from that era that still holds up with great songs and great performance from this incredible artist.
