Mam can a myopic person with -1.25 vision do this exercise also can we place a pillow under our head for this headstand. I don't know whom should I contact to get answers to my questions but I really want to do this exercise.

I think one should practise Asana which the body ask for so it’s okay listen to your body and practice whatever you like end of the day all the asanas are great and it is nothing that you should do everything and every single time it’s okay go with the flow you don’t really have to force yourself to practise any particular Asana😊🙏

It should b because of head stand as your entire blood flow get reversed. Please practice half head stand till your body get used to it 😊🙏

It’s because lot of blood rest to the head and this is normal in the beginning tried to stay there for smaller duration and eventually you can increase😊🙏

Mam once I had back injury and it still ache some times in winter or rainy season and I also have little bit of cervical pain and you know I really want to practice this asan that is why I m searching about this.
