HI Molly, so happy to see you in good spirits & having minimal pain. That is great news, that you can recover significantly by slowing down! Maybe a couple of lower mileage days & see if it goes away? You're so strong, it might be hard to slow down, but you don't want that getting out of hand. I look at your video of the day first thing at the end of the day! I think you're going to make it, you are just too tough to seriously break down. I'm so excited to watch you through New England & into Maine!!! Rest well & enjoy your day, Molly! You're a blessing to me, you inspire me more than I can say. I mentioned that I'm hiking again after 15 years away due to a cancer bout, which is all in the rear view mirror, thank God. Enough outta me, you keep trucking! Happy hiking!!

Molly, I have followed you from Springer Mountain and look forward so much to your video every day. I also thru hiked the AT way back in 1999. At any rate, I am concerned about your foot issue and wanted to ask if it could be due to a stone bruise and also due at least in part of the sole of the shoe breaking down. I had that issue with my feet and someone was nice enough to explain it to me, so I changed shoes and it made a world of difference. Just a thought I wanted to share and I hope and pray your feet do much better whatever the cause may be. I want you to finish the AT so badly and you are an awesome lady.
