Hey besties!
This is day 12 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute total core pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Day 12/30: DONE. 🎉 I always go here in the comments section, because reading everyone’s journey inspires me so much. It seems that most of us had a similar relationship with working out, and thanks to you, MADELEINE, I too am changing my life and how I see workouts. I’m someone with an inappropriate sinus tachycardia, so I would always black out just doing all the regular workouts here on RU-vid, but your program makes me feel relaxed, accomplished, and healthy. I can see the changes in my body already, it’s the first time I’m actually loving the journey to getting fit. Thank you sooo much!

this is my 2nd time doing this workout plan! the first time i couldn’t do half these exercises! now i can do them and my movements are more slow and controlled and i actually feel it working!

​@ViviIceman I kinda do. I see it more in my abs and booty areas. Like I can see it sculpting my abs outline and making me more lean. I am also constantly keeping the weight off too.

i'm someone who's never loved exercising that much but i've found this series enjoyable to do! I've missed a few days but for the most part I'm proud of myself for continuing it at all. like today, it's 36 degrees C and I'm on my period but I still felt motivated to complete the session today! thanks for that

So proud of myself!! I used to love working out and then found myself lost. This is the perfect challenge to get myself there. After completing this 30 day, I am going to try it again and incorporate the gym on the lighter days.

This is the only challenge I started and got so far. I love how genuine the video is. No talking, no editing to this perfect exercise. I love how she stops to put her hair up or drink water. I used to do pilated on another page but at some point I found it very fake with al the guests invited and the talking

Day 12: ✅ Still a little congested, wasn’t planning to do this workout today since it’s officaially Christmas break, but I did it anyway because I hate not having any movement during my day. This honestly didn’t really burn that bad, but it was still a good workout! Thank you Madeline!

Day 12✅️ Wow I felt the burn and it was amazing. I have tried the other workout programs on RU-vid, they were so tiring and used to make my face red but your workouts are such calming and i can see a real difference in my body. Thank you so much❤

I'm not someone that likes moving,but this workout made me healthier, i feel stronger & i can finally make some moves that i could never make. This is only day 12,but i'm already starting to see results,i add more exercises too so i can see results more fast ... Wish you luck!:) (to whoever is reading this)

I am loving how my body is changing and shaping. I am proud of myself and everyone else for making it through DAY 12!!! Today’s workout I had more control and it was a bit harder for me, but I kept telling myself, “Your body is going to love the changes that these moves are going to give you,” so I could get through.

I have never commented on the workouts since I always do them from TV but today comments made me want do it 12/30 I wouldn't lie this is the first time I ever excirse without looking at the timing first week made me take lots of breaks in between until after the 9th day those breaks became less and the work outs got easier for me even tho my whole body always felt like burning especially from the stomach part, today work out was easy for me and it went faster except the last 4 XD those were kinda hard I wouldn't lie I struggled but this burning feeling from my stomach made me happy ❤

I’m on day 12, I lost some inches on my waist and my thighs and my glutes are getting more toned. I also noticed that my abs are starting to define themselves and people around me have noticed. I will keep updating

Day 12✅ Omgg that was really some intense sweating 😂😂...the last one really tested my core strength but i was still able to complete it and I FEEL SO GOOD I hv started seeing changes as my back has started becoming more sculpted and defined and ... some of my old dresses hv been fitting way too perfectly than they did before so... it's definitely working ❤️🥹 Thank you Madeleine, really love u 🤧💗

Day 12 (30/07/24):✅ I was gone for a whileeee but I wasn’t feeling myself physically or mentally but I’m backkk! My holiday is after next week and I’m doing 2 workouts every day so I can finished this plan (also the daisy keech workout too)

Day 2 was the toughest for me.. I ended up finishing it at the 30 min mark 🙈 but I can’t believe I’m still at it and haven’t skipped a single day 🙌🏼 so happy I found this gal ! She’s amazing!

Day 12: Last week I didn't feel good because of the junk and processed food I was eating in big amount. It was affecting my mood and motivation to pursue the challenge (even tho i continued it ). Ngl i feel better today, and physically ( i am cutting now ) i can tell yall that my hip dips are less visible than it was before !!! I didn' do any other workout, so yeah it's PRETTY great

day 12: almost forgot to do this today, still did it tho !! i still can't do three exercises without taking a break because it hurts too much, ibut i'm doing better than i did before so that's an improvement!

am i doing something wrong because i’m not feeling this “burn” everyone else feels, the only thing i feel is my lower back and AT TIMES my sides..

If you only feel your lower back, you’re not engaging your core! The way to feel a burn in Pilates is via core engagement. Practice by: Laying on mat. Inhale rock your lower back up and exhale flatten it into the mat. Do it a few times. Then find that neutral position where your spine & low back is nice and flat in the mat and your using your core to hold yourself up in the ab positions & simultaneously keep your back flat. Once you get this down, the simplest moves will be hard ! I’m gonna make a tutorial for this with a voiceover soon on my RU-vid 🩷
