Hey besties!
This is day 13 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 10 minute lower ab, deep core and inner thigh pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Is it just me who can't get their legs straight in any exercise. Like my knees are always bent no matter how much I try?? Anyone else?

Absolutely hated this one 😂 at the end I did other moves for legs because I just couldn't keep them up anymore 😭 day 13 was a CHALLENGE✅️

This was so hard! I feel like I didn’t really complete them fully cause I was shaking and taking rests every 10 seconds 😂 Is it just me or does somebody else think they are better at ab exercises?

the fact that i’ve made it to day 13 is crazy. my body is still shaky and gets tired quick, but it doesn’t hurt as bad. i’m always so excited for the next day!!

I loved this one ! its gets easier with everyday and my body gets used to the movements. my neck does not hurt anymore , because I keep myself up only through my core strength.

Ok this BURNEDDDD. I just finished my figure skating lesson (50 minutes) then did this, and oh my god my abs are BURNINGGGG. This was amazing tho!! I love your workouts <3
