Welcome to Day 13 of the #30Minute Pilates Challenge. Today we are going to reconnect with #flexibility and get you a new relaxing body. So enjoy my friends! 💚🔥
Let’s do it together and comment when you complete, so you can keep track and we can also encourage each other to complete it everyday. And don’t forget to share with your friends and family to make this challenge more fun. You don’t have to be a part of the challenge to do this, just come as you are and enjoy!

Hello Hannah! Still me: Just done and I feel that it's really what I need daily, 'cause I have problems with my back neck. Is it possible to have a stretched session of deep stretching of the whole body but more for the upper body? Thank you dear teacher for listening to us and answering so wonderfully!!! Big hugs.
