Its good you are losing inches it means u are losing fat not muscles, sometimes we see first difference in inches then weight , so please consistent with calorie deficit high protein diet, u will see results slowly but definitely 👍🏻

Is diet ko sugar bale bhi aaram se follow kr skte kyunki m khud sweet nhi khati baki jo fasting hours h vo aap 12:12 se shuru kre rat ko 8 pm tk dinner krke morning m 8 am breakfast kre

आज 10 दिन के बाद अपना वेट चैक किया , शुरुआत में मेरा वेट 86.4 था। आज मेरा वेट84.1 है मैंने 2.3 किलोग्राम वजन कम किया है। मेरी बिटिया ने भी इन10 दिनो में 2.6 किलोग्राम वजन कम किया है। मोटिवेट करने के लिए धन्यवाद।
