Hi! I’m so glad I came across your channel. As I’m a Mom of 3 recovering from Breast Cancer surgery and treatment! I needed some light YOGA like this to help me as I recover especially on days when I cannot go for my walks. Much appreciation from Dubai ❤
Hello from Nairobi, Kenya. Thank you so much for this channel, the everyday practice challenge and everything you do to create the videos. You make a difference in my life and many others. Working out is no longer a chore as it used to be. You’re classes make my day. I’ve been silently practicing for a few months now. Thank you so much.❤ Mwihaki
Hi Paula, I've been a follower of your channel for a number of years but this is the first time to do one of your 30 day challenges. Some days are a little bit challenging but really loving it all especially the Yin practice and getting into those tight/tense little spaces in the neck & shoulders. Thank you so much from Evelyn in Ireland 🙏☘
I love this Yin Yoga you made me discover on your channel. It allows me to focus and relax at the same time. Thank you Paula. I’m enjoying this challenge MOLTISSIMO 😊
❤ I am really enjoying this series of practices. I like the way you have the signature flow 2x a week and that it gradually adds more poses each time. Thank you for all you have offered. 😊
Loving this challenge the variety of style and sequences, as well as the continuous thread of daily practice, sankalpa and the signature flow. It's been a while since i strung together 15 days of practice but body feeling great and looking forward to the remainder of January. Thank you 😊
This was amazing! It came on a Monday morning. I was excited to get out of bed for this one, then was extra focused and motivated all day. So much tension was released from body and soul during this time!
i am so happy to be doing this challenge, it was exactly what i needed to get me back into the habit of having a daily practice! even after a tiring day, i have been excited to get home and follow along with you:) thank you so much for this, i appreciate it more than i can say!
Day 15/30. I feel good. Mentally and physically. This is exactly what I need on a Sunday evening. I'm very proud of myself for sticking it out so far. Before the next video I'm a little scared, because I have the last in this length bereots once skipped. But I will try it. Then I'm just not good with the downfacing dog position. I just make another. I do it for me, no one I have to prove something.
I used all my props and it was lovely. Rollga between two pillows did the trick. My summer trips to the chiropractor & masseuse have made this an enjoyable yin yoga session.
Thank you. I have two questions. In the twist, should the shoulder opposite the legs remain in contact with the ground? In happy baby, my lower back does not touch the floor; what variation can I make? I can touch the floor if I do a half-posture on the right but not on the left because of a fractured femoral neck. Thank you for your answer.
