Since starting this yoga challenge, I can not go a day without practising. Even just 10-15 minutes of sun salutation A, it just helps to relax the mind and body from the daily stress in work. Thank you Kino for helping me to plant the seeds of gratitude, kindness, love, care in my body. I can not wait to see where my yoga journey will take me. Lots of love from Abu Dhabi and Dubai!
Kino, you are amazing! The amount of detail that you use in this series to describe how poses should be done correctly and where to breathe has been so helpful. I can now go to your other videos and understand more behind each pose and feel more confident that I'm doing it correctly. Daily yoga is becoming my favorite part of the day!
Maybe I pushed too hard, but this one made me smile so wide and open and be so patient and kind to my inner self... At the end I just laughed while doing OM with you and had to smile even wider when you said Namaste... I'm no native speaker so please excuse my english. It's just great to feel me getting better, stronger, more flexible, more humble and more patient.
I can't wait to try this!!! The warm ups in the beginning are so nice. I never walked my hands out in front before lowering the body down so I think that's going to make a big difference! Bless you Kino💓🌷
Hi Kino, I really enjoyed this one as well. I felt behind a bit, but it's all good. I listen to your voice and it calms me. I know I really need to work on my breathing, but I just listen to you remind us on every one of your videos and I feel I am improving already. Thank you for your patience with us beginners. Your are awesome! Love Love Love my body, so I tried not to push any of this move to hard.
+Sun Shine Thank you for joining the challenge. And you can pick it back up any day. Sometimes the body and the mind need a day of rest. Keep practicing!
I do feel some emotions rising during today's practice... not exactly sure what I'm feeling, but thankful! i appreciate this yoga challenge ❤ thanks for being awesome. i look forward to tomorrow's journey!
I love day 16! I did it twice in a row and feel like it unlocked my hips to the 'next level' and therefore made some other poses like wheel pose so much more enjoyable for me 💛 Thank you for your guidance Kino!
+KinoYoga I was quite tight and sore in the hips today but carried on and really enjoyed this. I'm feeling much better having done it. Even though I was a LONG way from reaching the floor :)
Thank you Kino for another great video! My hips are really tight, so this helped. Your kind words and your bright smile are so encouraging! Namaste! ^_^
Thanks for the challenging and inspiring videos! I am a couple of days behind but aiming on completing all 30 (even if I do it in 35 😳). Today's challenge has been the most challenging for me, drawing attention to my lack of hip flexibility, so going to practice this one a few times.
Namaste GURUKINO, wow, I have been through 16 videos in this challenge. I have never felt this strong or flexible. You inspre me Kino to go on.I will continue the Baddha Konasana and the other poses you have shown us. Thank you for your passion, your love and taking the time to do these videos. I hope to be in one of your classes some day Do you have any special technique to wake your body up when you get up from your sleep, or you just go right into your workout. NAMASTE
My Baddha Konasana looked more like a butterfly... Good thing I have my butterfly leggings from your collection! 👍😂 Anytime you insert a wide legged forward fold in your videos know I will have blocks on my mat and then have to move them to go back to plank/chaturanga. Hahaha fell behind but stayed in it with a yogis heart. 💖
Hi Kino. An old ski accident involving my knee does not allow me to go deeper into this pose. Too uncomfortable. Still I love your videos, watch them everyday!!☺☺
Thank you for keeping this up, I'm soo grateful! Totally improved my life c: The only problem I've got right now is with my tailbone. With poses like 5:58 it's impossible to do because of the immense pain after breaking my tailbone when I was young. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? I'm sure I'm not the first one with this problem!
I saw your snaps I don't understand why some people are so mean, yes let's just block them with love 😋 remember we are lots and lots of kind baby yogi to love you 😎☺ and still in the challenge 🙏🌼
I find this pose really difficult as my hips don't rotate evenly and I end up with 1 knee almost flat to the floor and the other much higher. However I found it really difficult to achieve much in my practice today as my mind won't switch off. trying to be accepting and move on as tomorrow will be better but it's hard.
Hi Kino. Still hanging in there. I have sciatica in my left hip and poses like this really bother it should I slide my feet forward some to take the pressure off or is it something else I should do. Thank you.
I somehow really lost the joy of doing this challenge and I really had to push myself through it the last couple of days. Should I still keep doing it? I don't want to force it actually but if I stop then I'm giving up and I don't like to give up.
Illusion i really hope you haven't stopped. I read somewhere that it's not motivation that helps you achieve your goals but discipline. Just get on the mat and that's half the battle. I have yet to regret ever practicing but have certainly regretted not doing so. I hope you keep going. 😊
