I envy the person who’ll get to binge watch this set for the first time! I am totally living this vicariously through Steve! Thanks for providing a little bit of escape.
“Cell coverage is wonky and so is the company” I lost my mind laughing! My beautiful wife said “what the hell is wrong with you?!” 😂 Thanks for the laugh brother. It’s starting to get majorly serious getting ready for hurricane Sally to hit! Please think about us my Canadian brother. Thank you hope y’all have a wonderful trip!
Ah wasn’t long enough lol just a few mishaps,,,,, hey you and Crazy Neighbor stay safe ,,so happy he makes a apparence to wave hello to us thank you for the update hope you get some sun soon. Until we meet again
Love “Crazy Neighbor’s “ signature wave! Ha ha ha cracks me up every time. Gosh, it just isn’t the same without the Step 2’s. Here in Montana when we float the river, ice chest (full of step 2’s) gets its own inner tube. So glad we don’t have the same rules for river as you do.
More fish! Good job! The raft/boat looks pretty good for a surprise construction project (because you lost the top) and I hope on Thursdays video we get to see the inside! I'm choking on smoke here in Oregon, hear it's headed your way....
Hey Steve, please consider posting a longer video/more footage on this channel if possible. This probably makes me weird but I can't get enough of that landscape and the North Saskatchewan itself. Best of luck for the rest of the trip, hope the sun comes out!
Luv the updates. Short and sweet and made better by the presence of Crazy Neighbour. You boys enjoy the time and freedom while it lasts. Well, back to my life of stress. Look forward to the next upload. And, greetings from Japan.
My dad made two cement boats in the 80's. Small one actually got in the water; big one never saw water except rain. My dad was ahead of his time. Your boat's awesome!!
Ahead of his time? The first one was built in 1848. There were even a small number in WWI, and more in WWII. Their disadvantages are obvious, and generally outweigh (lol) their advantages - but, as long as their total mass is less than that of the water they would displace, they'll float.
Guess a mated weight of the raft with both on it is about 1600 pounds. After the trip is completed the guess a mated weight with both still on it to be about half of that after all the step 2"s have been polished off...lol Looking forward to the full length video on Thursday. Let's justy Hunker Down and wait for it. My step 2"ss are in the fridge chilling alredy...lol :-) Tom.
I never hit the river without a small generator at least . And I live in the Sunshine State . With gators and poisonous snakes all around , you BETTER have some good back up . You might of heard recently about three weeks ago a gator jumped in these two guys boat while they were gator hunting and the huge gator bit one of the guys arms off . True story , check out the Orlando Sentinel site . Well , live and learn I guess . Have fun and be careful . Your good friend Vinny in good old Fla.
donna manitu Yes, it is. Not much of a secret since he slips occasionally and mentions Crazy as well as his wife by name. I don't use those names here as a courtesy to Steve, he's such a good guy and Crazy is great too!
I don’t know how I feel about this. Half of me thinks this is Step 2 channel (waiting on those step 2 cooking videos dear Steve) and half of me thinks .... nope ... Crazy Neighbour 🤷♂️
Maybe your dealing with fire smoke overcast? It appears to have widespread affects. We have it in Pennsylvania. Looking forward too seeing what happens. BSB
