I feel stronger, fitter, more flexible and I no longer feel like I am going to pull a muscle in other sports. Thank you Tim, this programme has made a huge difference in a short space of time.

First flying pigeon of the challenge. This is another tricky pose for me. It never feels comfortable and I always feel like I have to adjust many things before being able to balance (which I can do without straightening my leg though). It's really comforting to hear you say that mastering all those postures can be a life long commitment! Thanks for the videos!

Yes, L-shape shaping nicely, but still work to do on arm balances. So far every video has been great, definitely will save them and do all of them again. Big Thank you Tim :)

That was one of the hardest sessions yet. I’m not ready for inversion yet and still struggle with the balance but getting better. My lower back issues are all but gone! I am planning on sticking to a regular schedule. It even fits with my job as a pilot. Working out in hotel rooms r a breeze now. Thanks again!

Thanks again! Just wanted to say, I went surfing earlier (in the tropical January waters of Southern England) and really noticed a difference in everything, Yoga has really improved my ability in the water. So, thanks as always Tim!

still hanging in ! I am a week behind because I had back pain for few days then my rhomboid triggers stopped me from practicing for 3 days. However I am back here and quite excited to finish it, so I can go through it again to further improve my foundations. this time round I will make sure to get blocks. thanks!

Hi Tim... wow made it this far and can't believe the change. Still struggling on crow pose and some of the tougher hand balances. Is there a workshop video on crow pose in particular I could work on?

I just donated! I would have done it sooner but I could never figure out HOW. Luckily I read another comment on someone else having the same trouble and thru it, I was finally able to find the donate icon. I look forward to all your videos and am very sad that the 30 day challenge is coming to an end. I will happily continue to donate to see many more 30 day challenges.

Hey Tim, Thanks for this great session. I realize that I am not ready for the inversion. The standing leg strech is so hard for me… I cannot get my leg up at 90 degrees and keep my body straight. I guess I have to practice more the 14 first videos as you suggest. Would you have any other tip in order to get the strength and flexibility that I lack? Thanks again!

know your limits, take a mirror, look at how you look like and listen to tim; i somehow managed to crash my back combining running + excessive yoga (warm up + lesson + core), be careful, stay focussed and don't overstretch, stop when you feel pain. looking forward to day 28 tho i have to take a lil break

Another awesome video Tim. Do you know which muscles would prevent me from progressing in prasarita padottanasana? I find I need to bend my knees quite a bit and can't reach forward much with a flat back. Thanks!

Tim, Thanks for all you're doing man! Really getting a lot out of this practice! I have a very tight back and am working to get some length in my hamstrings and such. So is it normal to have a sore lower back after a workout like today? My back has been sore for a day or so after each of the last week's routines. To be expected or do you suspect I'm doing something wrong?

I've been consistently doing yoga 2-3 times a week for about a couple years, but end up having to take a long break every few months due to bad wrist pain. I was hoping this 30 day challenge would help ease my body into it, but unfortunately the pain is back (nearing the end of the 30 days). I try to be very particular with my positioning but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions for how to prevent this? Love your channel and your focus on the fundamentals.

Been loving this series but admit I've been unable to do these daily. Days go by in between videos unfortunately. Question: do you recommend free weight exercises to increase arm/upper body strength? That's my weak spot and those arm balances are impossible!!! Thanks!!

Hello Tim. In the balance exercises is too difficult to keep the balance while you are talking. What if before doing the exercise, you first give the respective indications. Thanks Tim, always!

Sometimes I think: okay, I'm managing this! No more challenges which means I am where I want to be, right? And then comes along some weird pose with one leg in the air and two elbows on the other leg and your head to the floor... and I go: is that even possible? NEW GOAL: SET! Thanks, Tim!

I been doing one video a day I can’t get some standing poses but I know with practice I shall achieve lol I just started yoga for anger management and I’m here to say I haven’t had a episode for 28 days

If that was a checkup, the verdict is mixed. Major gains in strength and openness, but got some work to do. Gonna have to watch more videos. But that was the plan anyway.
