Those who are new to yoga(as me) try these videos at .75x speed will get enough time to make the correct posture.

I've recently quit smoking, and this is really helping me get back into shape and start breathing properly again. It's also great to do yoga with a guy for a change - and an approachable one at that! Thanks Tim! Looking forward to the next 27 days! :)

I did the newest 30 days series before this one. Then I did a lot of your other Videos and I am now doing this series. I am in no way qualified enough to assess your work. I just want to tell you that I appreciate your improvements over the year. I have a lot of respect for your knowledge and comparing this series to your newest it is just awesome how subtle and natural your teachings have become. Thanks for your work.

Such a great practice. I only do 10-15 min each morning, so this will last me 60-90 days. Puberty voice and sneeze keeps things real. Thankful for your channel.

Great video... Am going to do it again tomorrow though! I'm a fit, athletic 26 year old rugby player... and my body does not bend in the way required to progress from here! My hips are killing me in warrior one and in that balance position too! Almost like i had cramp in the outside! I can still feel it's painful 20 minutes on! And how you cross your knees over each other is beyond me!

Thanks for another great video! I've never commented on RU-vid but I just wanted to say that despite being quite a calm person, I had a stressful day and found myself quite anxious with a negative mindset, fretting over things that I have no control over. I did videos 3 & 4 tonight (as I was a few days late into the program) and I feel wonderful and soothed. Thanks again & keep up the great work!

I am writing for two reasons: first, to thank you for your format. I really appreciate that you don't have loud creepy music. I want to hear your instructions and think about what I am doing. Thank you also for excellent cues and a steady pace. I have tried doing yoga for years and you are the best instructor I have found. The length of each class is also excellent. 30 minutes is enough. It motivates me to practice yoga more days per week. . Second, I started your 30 day challenge last week and got to day 3 and could not do it. So I started over. Today was my third attempt to execute day 3 and I DID IT!!! I am so excited. I am determined to get to day 30. Thank you.

The new standing balance pose was admittedly a fail on my part. I'm going to work on it. My problem is balance. I lose it as I lean out...and sometimes I get that far but then as soon as I try to bring the arm up, I'm falling over. I will give it some extra attention. It's challenging but I'll get it!

Ah, yah those are tough. Try them up against a wall until your balance gets better.

Tim, having taken part in a yoga session on holiday and enjoyed it I thought I'd have a look on RU-vid to see if there was something flexible on-line given my busy schedule. Thanks again for another rejuvenating workout. i suffer from reactive hypoglycemia, and had a bad attack of it today, and didn't feel like i could cope from the exhaustion. After doing this workout i felt peaceful, rejuvenated, and pain free! :-) Thank you Tim! :-) :-)

Love these series. not too easy not too hard, don’t have to keep looking for a morning yoga workout. 20-30 mins length is perfect.

I did day 2 & 3 back to back because I had time. I like the progression your moving through with the 30 day challenge. I tried to keep up with Shannon on the 8/9/17 video. It was a bit tough. This 30 day challenge is nice to learn the basics of what Shannon was doing.

Another great practice. Thank you Tim. I particularly liked the glute stretch before Corpse pose. I can't wait until I am injury free; I am going to restart the programme as there is so much benefit in the little progressions each day. Namaste.

I adore you, Tim! Your personality keeps me smiling and sometimes laughing. I appreciate that so much bc it helps to keep things light, and laughing just feels good when working so hard. This workout made me emotional for some reason. I started out laughing and then turned to crying, but I'm not sure why! Maybe I released some endorphins? Thank you for these videos. Hi Tim, Thanks a lot for your vids once again. I'm following your 30 day challenge, repeating every individual course two or three times (on consecutive days) before moving to the next one. It helps me to understand positions better. I'll definitely continue with the training and highly recommend it to others!

OMgosh I am trying to hold a pose and laugh at the same time 🤣. Sneezing and puberty. Refreshing how real your videos are. The only thing I wish you would mention, especially for beginners, is to be careful not to lock your knees during some of your poses.

Day Three Done, a little different schedule today. Normally I do my yoga in morning before work, since Day 3 hadn't uploaded at 5 am, I did one of my other favorites this morning and did Day 3 after work. I liked doing a yoga sequence twice. It may be an added event in my day. Thanks again Tim! The corpse is still the most challenging for me, very hard to just lay still, but I'm working on it.

Thanks for this third video. I almost felt like you proposed the specific work on the twisted triangle just for me! It really helped! And it was so nice to practice half moon pose, I love it.
