Day 1 weight 60.15 Day 2 weight 59.95 Water 2.75L Workout done No fastfood Intermittent fasting 16/8 11am 1/2 bowl ghee rice and 1 chapathi with 1/3 bowl homemade butter chicken Dates 2 3pm Apple avocado oats smoothie with 1tbs Chia seeds, 1 tbs flax seeds,2 tbs honey, 2tbs yogurt and 10 almonds. 5pm 250 ml almond milk 6pm 1/2 banana 7pm 1/2 avocado, cucumber carrots salad -1/2 bowl ; 2 egg white , 1/2 bowl red chick pea curry
