My fellow commenters, the info Jonny shared re: Deep Pool Swimming has the POTENTIAL to FREE any learner MENTALLY from the fear of Deep water; IF we really take time to LISTEN to what he said. Jonny, I particularly like what you said about water being water wherever it is & the Impact of Breathing on the Adrenal System. POWERFUL.

You are very patient. I like that you are in the water assisting with each technique. I’m a beginner and my first couple of days my instructor was just telling me what to and never got in the pool with me.
Rocket is sure better than my YMCA instructor. I was correcting myself more than he was. I’d be out of breath dang near dying and he’d say, “ good job “. I’m locked in for the last video watching this whole series.

Discovered your videos and learned freestyle in 2 months. Non swimmer to swimmer now. I still need to learn treading water for recreation on vacations😅
