Paul gets 300 a day 8 to 2 is our normal day it’s just to hot after that. When we work it’s non stop. Start to finish. We get stuff done. No time for bull crap. Thanks for the comment

No, not at all. No failure whatsoever it’s the heat. It’s the heat is the reason why we’re painting it white it makes it so much cooler inside. This is only the second one I’ve ever done and the difference is amazing as far as I’m concerned.

@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair If you put the EPDM over insulation board you wouldnt need a top coat. Correct? I have 3 inches of dense fiber board i'm going to put down under the EPDM. I think in one of your videos you say insulation board will disperse the heat.

Yes, I like insulation board. It will disperse the heat, but to be honest I don’t use it that much anymore because it’s expensive so I would rather just put OSB up there. Cover it with rubber and then paint it white with Hydro Stop made for Rubber. You can buy it at ABC Supply.

I should leave that up to Drew to answer but he does not fool around with his quotes and so I will go out on a limb and tell you what I paid. I have a single wide 14 x 60 mobile home and I happily shelled out $10k for a completely new roof. I am newly retired and this is my forever home. I am going to die here but I am going to die in a dry, safe and mold free home. I only paid $3k the mobile home 10 years ago so for what I have invested in it and the time I expect to be here, I got a bargain. Your mileage may vary. I will also go out on a limb and tell you, if he travels outside of his normal operating area and has to stay overnight for a few days to resolve your issues (and resolve them he will), that, too, is on your dime and I can't say as I blame him for that. It is additional expenses for him and he has to be away from his family. I am totally satisfied with the outcome and it is hands down some of the best money I ever spent. Best wishes to ya.

@@ElbertPoling thanks for getting back to me I have been watching Drew and Paul for almost a year. I just moved to East Texas and new I was going to be getting a fixer upper. I got mine for 5k delivered and set. So far I have replaced the outside panels and have just started on replacing all of the subfloor. I was just wondering what I should budget for a roof. I was not sure if I wanted to go full metal or rubber like they did on yours
