Welcome to Day 30 of the 40-Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge! We will continue with our liver and kidney detox, which is directly connected to stress. Today's set will be very relaxed and will allow you to pay close attention to your body and the transformation happening within, including any sexual energy coming up, inspiring creativity, while also going within and burning the toxins away in the body.

🗣 MANTRAS:
​Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo - the "Adi Mantra", I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within

Rakhay Rakhanahaar - this mantra is for complete protection. It is a victory song which allows us to be guided by God’s graceful and merciful hand. It does away with the obstacles to fulfilling one’s destiny. This mantra is part of the evening prayer, Rehiras, which adds energy to one’s being, and helps when you are physically weak or have limited wealth, chanting it helps against fluctuations of the mind.

​Sat Nam - truth is my identity. This mantra reinforces the divine consciousness in everyone. It is used as a greeting as well as the mantra for Kundalini Yoga exercises, inhaling Sat (truth), exhaling Nam (name, identity).

Powerful, but super sweet practice. I love the Rakhay Rakhanahaar chant! I play it constantly around the house and in my classroom when I'm alone and working. Love Day 30!!!

The chant you. chose for meditation was a very wordy complicated one, which I'd venture to guess, most people do not know. Maybe in the future are more simplified chant would be best. Thank you for your presence and the practice!

Sat Nam, Day 30 done wow it was really relaxing and hard. I had to take 2 days off due to cold but I had to jump right back in. I don't want to lose my momentum. I love this practice. Namaste,

Thank you again for a wonderful practice. My only suggestion is that when you pick mantras that are more difficult to add to the practice perhaps you can spend a moment teaching the words as I'm sure I'm not the only one who found it impossible to sing with you. EXO

Your kundalini sessions have been delightful, I appreciate very very much your work in making them available to us! After this day 30 I felt not good for about 2 hours, kind of nauseous .... do you think this couls mean there is something wrong? maybe with my kidneys? Thank you very much!

Hi Cristy, this might be a sign of detox- your body releasing toxins. If you feel nauseous during the exercises, feel free to take a break and also make sure you drink lots of water. Blessings

WOA!!! powerful .... I need to practice this one for a week! What would you suggest for alternative to squat with feet flat on floor? I cannot even come close. hmmmmmm?

So fast completed 30 days... Feeling nice. I am not able to do few postures 100 % correct on some days... I will get it right in the second cycle.. I am so gretful to u Maria.. There must be a resin i found this set... I practice kudalini sets from last 3-4 years. But this is the best till date.. Satam !

This is a challenging set. It isn't completely clear how to do the hand mudra in the first kriya. A. closeup of the hands and/or a more careful explanation would be great. The mantra for meditation is hard and the music using it is fast. It would help to have the words on screen or included in the explanation for the class. Or to use a slower version of that mantra.
