Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru - this is a mantra of mastery. It is said to bring kundalini awakening, the opening of the chakras and experience of bliss. This mantra takes our consciousness from individual consciousness to group consciousness to Universal Consciousness. Also called Long Ek Ong Kar or Morning Call.

Sat Nam - truth is my identity. This mantra reinforces the divine consciousness in everyone. It is used as a greeting as well as the mantra for Kundalini Yoga exercises, inhaling Sat (truth), exhaling Nam (name, identity).
