I used to follow your workouts when my weight was 89kgs.. after that I was able to get it down to 79kgs in about 6 months.. later I joined a gym.. but now I have started your workouts again as I have lost the flexibility and strength that comes with calisthenics.. I was only able to do 15mins today.. Will be incorporating your workouts with weight lifting. Thanks 😄

Recently got back into working out and I can say by far out of all the RU-vid workouts I’ve done I’ve done your push up workout everyday and have completed it every day makes me feel like a beast and today I started this one completed it to the fullest but with a 10 sec extra break toward the end what a workout man love it

Recently discovered your channel..love them HIIT content..very challenging. What I love the most is the amount of stretching at the end…love it. I should stretch more after a workout and it helps it is incorporated in your workouts.
