So exciting that you are moving to IL! I will be a first year teacher this year in McHenry County, so pretty close! You have to try Portillos when you move, they built one in DeKalb a few years back!

Lol! I just noticed the giant screen behind your desk, I have the same interactive TV. I like it but don’t love it because it’s so huge and I find it difficult to position. I do like the way you have angled your desk so I may borrow that idea to help space things out.

How exciting....I live/teach in Central Illinois. I suspected you might be coming this way when you explained how easy it was to get your license...I work with a couple of people that got their license in Florida so they could teach in Illinois (online course work).

Sorry girl, it’s the AC! Never had these issues before I got one, but I can’t turn it off. I’ll do some research about how to best reduce background noise without disrupting the overall audio quality! 💖
