Voiceovers are great, they add an element of professionalism. It makes it feel like you're working hard in the footage, but then go back and add in something extra. I'd rather see you focused on working and hear a voiceover explaining your thought processes after the fact. People really like that "fly on the wall" vibe.

I've started a home bakery business and your videos are so helpful. I live in a tropical country and it's hot AF all the time so I'm always stressed out about frosting and delivery. And please keep this format of voiceover narration. I like to turn on youtube and listen while I'm doing something else.

I like voiceover. You can show a lot more action, provide more narrative, and feel more comfortable and natural. The background music is a bit too loud, though.
