ahahah i got you flo - i usually wake up sometime between 6:30-7:30am depending when i go to bed. i try to always get 8 hours of sleep. - the first thing i tell myself to get myself out of bed is that "i'm never going to accomplish my dreams if I can't find it in me to get out of bed" - the best way I can study is to prime my environment -- this means removing all distractions (like phone, youtube, etc.) and surrounding myself with other people who are working (which always motivates me)
