Day in the life with depression and anxiety 

I totally get the shower thing. I also get almost no sleep at night so I take naps all the time. I struggle with PTSD, depression, and Reactive attachment disorder. I love you so much, stay strong ❤️❤️

When you are talking about taking a shower I immediately can relate. People don't understand it takes energy to do these things and it's not like we want to not shower. It literally feels like you cant.

Life is like an obstacle course it seems pretty east at first but then there is one really hard part that makes you want to give up but you have to keep trying until you get past it and once you do you feel like you can do anything. Love you so much

during the day I just push through but at night just brushing y teeth is like going through hell you are not alone you are brave
