I could have them every morning and I’d be a happy girl 🥞 haha and yessss, if you ever find Açaí Truffle Honey, I recommend dipping the truffle cheese into it. ITS SO GOOD, I just have a hard time finding it often. And thanks! It always feels a little scary to talk about but it feels good to be transparent ❤️

When you feel like you're on the verge of panic or anxiety attack you should try doing the 5 senses exercise. Redirect your mind to something else aside from what you're thinking. Another thing you can try is something that will get your heart rate up. I know it sounds counterproductive but when I would get anxiety attacks I'd run. If I felt it coming and I was home I would put on my running shoes as fast as possible and start running. It's harder with a toddler but maybe even like burpees or something. Your brain is in fight or flight mode so your body needs somewhere for your energy to go. Both of these things were recommended to me by my therapist.
