The more I revisit this video the more I realize that the look in Jacob's eyes is him slowly realizing that he is the sort of person who gets routinely swept up in the machinations of people like Kathleen.

The more I learn about young Kathleen makes everything make more since.

The only protest I was ever a part of was in 4th grade, when a bunch of us went to the Principal's office to report that we thought the teacher was being awful to a particular student, was bad with kids in general, was awful in general, and ought to be fired. He finished out the year, but wasn't there next year. I saw an ad where he was selling water purifiers.

"Kathleen the accidental stoner Lorax" is a beautiful phrase.

So what we're learning is that Kathleen was Domri as teenager.
