Just to note, the respective chapters for certain survivors often come with cosmetics as well. A few examples are Laurie, Tapp and Quentin who come with full outfits if you buy their chapter, and they are available to everyone. Maybe this wouldn't change their position much in the tier list but thought to mention it :)
I knew that with Quentin, but I didn't about Laurie or Tapp, thank you! Ironically, I did buy the chapters so I should own those too, just didn't know they existed. I only knew about Quentin because someone pointed it out to me when I did the first version of this video a year ago 😂
I think Lisa Garland and Cybil Bennett are incredible, considering how dbd adapted them from the source material. Both characters were side characters in Silent Hill 1. BHVR had to look at their designs from the 1999 PS1 game that were super polygonal and low quality, look at their appearances in cutscenes, and create models for modern day off of what little they had. They did really impressive work. Lisa Garland is my favorite Silent Hill character, and being able to play as her in dbd even though she’s a minor character means a lot to me as a fan!

@@theARoberts yea! in the movie I'm pretty sure it's set in early 2000-2010, there's a lot of that kind of fashion. I think the most dated things he wears is ye ol long sleeve under short sleeve t shirts all the alternative kids wore back then

Am soo sad no new cosmetics for Quintin smith and david tapp got no cosmetics at all in dbd mobile .... No resident evil chapter or silent hill only one indoor map and its treatment theatre... I am Quentin main and i only got to wear the blue jacket and the blue jean no new beanie or anything at all 😭
Agreed that Yui's latest rift one is probably my favorite too. I didn't cover the rift ones because I couldn't do it fair for everyone, since I do not own a lot of rift outfits.

I totally agree with the S tier, those are some of my favorite skins! Im wild and like to play bright colored skins, the killers are gonna kill me anyway might as well be loud and proud about it! 😂😂😂
I am very excited for the SH2 remake. I don't think I've ever played the original (I was more of an RE fan) so I am excited to experience it updated. That said, I hope they do a good job of it.
Maybe its cause i main and am REALLY biased towards him, but i like David's cosmetics. I love mixing the different parts to make some cool combos. My favorite is the hungover haircut, shirtless, and the swim shorts. I also love the Chris Redfield skin. I mean, it does look weird at times, dont get me wrong, but simply put: i am a chris redfield stan, so i love it. Also, off topic, but his outfit in dbd is based off of one of his costumes in RE5 (if u didnt know that already) On a final note, Behavior really did my boi Jonah dirty with his cosmetics. He deserves way better 😔
I really don't like Gabriel's tho... even if someone likes the concept of the character idk the dark skin, orange/grey clothes, blonde hair and futuristic theme... you can't tell me it isn't just Wesley Snipes in Demoiliton Man.....
100% respect that. Most of them are not for me, but I know that a lot of people like a lot of them. Some of the recent ones are really good too so I maybe would change the ranking if I ever redo this video again.
I can appreciate you liking Dwight's so much being a Dwight main. I would call myself a Dwight main too, but outside of a couple I'm not a huge fan of his cosmetics personally.
The Laurie we have in game is the same Laurie from the OG film. However, her face is based on her comic adaptation due to the devs failing to obtain Jamie Lee Curtis’s likeness rights.
Off the top of my head I am not sure. I believe they are moving towards having all the non-seasonal cosmetics be available for purchase with shards eventually, so it's possible it's both or will be in the future.
