I'm pretty sure the Wraith skin at 2:43 is actually inspired by Phantom of the Opera and it is tied to the opera-themed Nurse skin at 5:55 and was released as a Valentine's Day collectrion. Also somewhat implies romance between the Wraith and The Nurse to some capacity although I don't know how canonical that would be The name of the Wraith's weapon skin is called "The Heart of Miss Smithson" AKA "Sally Smithson" The Nurse.

plague deserves some more interesting cosmetics i think they can do so much more with her

fun fact pyramids weapon is half of scissors because, in the game, james eventually carries the other half! you can use it as a weapon lmao. but pyramid is literally born from james mind, and in a lot of ways pyramid head exists to be a dark reflection of james. in order for him to stop running away from his inner demons, he must face them, and the town of silent hill makes his do that literally in the form of the monsters. literally his inner demons going after him. but only pyramid head represents him himself, and all the guilt and murder and ... repression, I guess you could call it. pyramid head represents all of that, he is all the things that james wants to run away from. but pyramid head won't let that happen, not untill james starts to realize what's going on and why pyramid head is after him. only when james faces his problems does pyramid head go away. I think that's really neat, makes me think that pyramid head isn't pure evil

Myers hospital gown skin is a reference to the first movie when a bus moving him and other patients crash and release him and the patients

10:25 That Hag skin came with her tome back in 2021. For the first four tomes of DBD, killers got skins that were supposed to resemble when they first became killers. In Hag's case, that skin represents when she was captured by the cannibals and used the witchcraft of her village to break free, letting her "hag" persona grow into her body. So the stuff growing out of her is "Hag" while the main body is "Lisa". In every other Hag cosmetic though, by that point she's already totally been taken over by her "Hag" Persona. Lisa doesn't exist anymore, only Hag does. Likewise with Doctor, the 12:40 skin is supposed to be him when he started working for the CIA. With Blight at 35:15, this skin is from his tome as well. Before he became a killer, he was tasked to enter an Overlap by the British East India Company to save a soldier that went missing. He went into the overlap and saw himself as the Blight, looking like that skin.

The dredge also has his snowman skin which is my favorite skin in the game by far. Bloody winter branches devoid of leaves, wrapped in bloody winter clothing, and a killer frosty the snowman head? PERFECTION. I grinded for that skin the second i saw it.

With Pig's skins, they're all actually outfits other apprentices of Jigsaw wore throughout the series! The black leather jacket is what was worn by Hoffman, who ended up being the ultimate Jigsaw apprentice in Saw 4-7 The red shirt outfit is what Amanda wore during Saw 3 The brown jacket outfit was worn by Officer Riggs in Saw 4 The Amanda's Rebirth one is special. The purple shirt and skirt is Amanda's outfit from Saw 1, but the robe is John Kramer's robe (The original Jigsaw Killer) from Saw 1 and 2. The puppet mask is a DBD original cosmetic, but really cool!

I myself am a huge fan of Spirit’s skins I feel like they all really fit her character well and they are thought out and great to look at

That fancy Wraith cosmetic does in fact have a beating heart in the weapon !! :D It's the Nurse's heart !! She has a hole in her chest in her "Miss Smithson" outfit to show her heart is missing. I love that little detail

i main dredge and his free snowman cosmetic that came out is so fucking cool, I'm so surprised it was a free skin. unique sound effects, particle effects of snow everywhere you go, just a fuckin amazing looking skin in general with a head that I can't decide if it's really creepy or just adorable. it's my favorite dredge skin and I'm always wearing it! I feel like I'm giving the survivors a cute little friendly smile

Singularity being above 13 killers (of which 8 are original) is crazy imo. Great video overall though! I disagree with a lot of choices, but it's really interesting to hear from other people's perspectives.

Pyramid head has only 3 outfits but they were developed to perfection.

Love your videos, but I really think you should watch the famous horror movies from which the licensed killers are from. It will make you appreciate the characters and the cosmetics more.

Trickster is defiantly higher than a C for me personally, but I also get why you'd put him in C. I think I just like his fashion and the fact he wears clothes that are very theatrical or more casual and still boy-band inspired. I'm very much a music person and part of music is the performance so I love his outfits to see his personality in what he Wears. I hope that made sense I'm tired lol

I know I talk a lot about Artist (because she’s my main) but the fact that you put her cosmetics in S tier made me so happy! She really pulls off creepy and beautiful at the same time but I love it 🥰 I do have to say that I agree with most of these. Great video!

Maine Dredge and my favorite hands skin. By the way, the developers planned it as a standard skin, but at the last moment they changed their mind and replaced it with a turkey in order to sell it. But if you pay attention to the name of the original parts and the skin with hands, you will notice that the developers were in such a hurry that they did not notice how they messed up something - the names and their descriptions do not match.

Hmmmm Trapper: S Tier. I love my boy. I just wish we would get a shirtless Trapper and his HOY Skin ... Wraith: B Tier. He has some cool ones going on, but not as great. Hillbilly: A Tier. The Pig one alone ranks him so much higher. Nurse: C Tier. I like the Greek one, and I think it was a Rift ouftit. It's white and pink and it looks so beautiful (A recolor I guess) but other than that, not much of a fan. Huntress: S Tier. Mommy gets all the great outfits. I love to see it. Myers: B Tier ... I like the Hospital Gown. Hag: A Tier. She's spooky and nasty, and I like it. Doctor: A+ Tier. He has some really neat skins. I like it. Bubba: C Tier. It's okay and movie accurate, but nothing that is super duper amazing in my eyes. Freddy: D Tier ... Pig: C Tier. The outfits are somewhat cool, but I hate the heads, aside from the default pig head. The spinny blade is cool. Clown: B Tier. I like the Pulcinella one the most. And I like the Greek one too. I am not a fan of his actual clown cosmetics, though. Spirit: B Tier. Many of her skins are cool. Legion: A+ Tier. I love Legion's outfits. Especially the Joey and Susie ones. Plague: A Tier. She is majestic. The butterfly one is neat. Ghosty: C Tier. I like the default one and the evil grinning mask. (Viper mask?) But I absolutely hate the Scary Movie mask. Demo: B Tier. I like the chain one. Oni: B Tier. I love the Minotaur one, he's so sexy! But many of the Armor ones look the same to me. Slinger: C Tier. Not much of a fan. Pyramid: C Tier. I don't care much for him, and I couldn't be bothered to buy his skins. Blight: B Tier. He has some cool ones, the Ferrymen is sexy. Twins: C Tier. Eeeh, it's okay. I dislike that you can't customize Vicky. Trickster: S Tier. He is so fashionable. I love it. I love him. He's my babygirl. Nemy: C Tier. Base outfit is cool, but nothing more. Pinhead: A Tier. They look cool. And Chatterer makes me feel things. Artist: B Tier. I don't like Artist very much, but the Jabberwocky is cool. Onryo: C Tier. I hate the Rotten Remains. The base one is cool. Dredge: S Tier. I love it's skins. It is so freaking hot

Hey dude I just wanted to give you a video idea that I think you’d enjoy to make and I’d like to watch ! Otz did it a while back but a video with your take on lore accurate builds for the survivor or killer. These are builds with four perks that fit the narrative according to the lore of each survivor/killer and aren’t limited to their adept perks. I would definitely watch your take on it!

Some little tips next time you're viewing the store. 1) If u want to go back to default, make sure you're equipping default on your character and click either head, body, pants/weapon icon and u will go back to your current skin. 2) If u want to view rift skins that is not in the shop, click more options on top right and click show all outfits. Lets say u own all demo skins, it will show them all in the store.

I agree on the skullmerchant placement even tho I love her cosmetics I wished they showed her personality through only one vision by one skin being glamourous having a glamourized weapon while the other side of her being industrial and aggresive showcases more of a mechanic look for her weapon and her outfit

Plague and the Artist are my faves for sure (they are my mains after all haha) - The Plague's especially capture that regal and elegant quality of her design which fits well with her lore, and there is also a spiritual feel to them which again is very fitting. She has a red Rift outfit to which is amazing! (Also random note but does anyone wish the cosmetics were a bit cheaper? I play the game semi regularly and find it hard to earn enough to unlock even one!!!)

I think they should do a Rockabilly collection with killers, they’d have an older singularity outfit with an old fashioned television and older equipment, and have skins for each member of the legion as an old gang from the 50s, I think that’d be cool.

It kills me how much you harp on Skully's duct tape 😂 Her design is muddled for sure-I think her Rift cosmetic should've been her default, personally. As a Ghostface/Spirit main I'm biased, so I'd rank them up for the Devilface and Hooked on You skins. Rin's giant hat gets a lot of fun comments in post-game chat haha. And I agree, Artist's skins are stunning and fit her theme well. She might have my favorite OC design in the whole game.

All of pigs outfits are based of different characters from the film's the pig leather is a outfit hoffman wears while kidnapping someone, the red one is from saw 3. And the yellow one is a jacket from the protagonist of saw 4

I agree with you on the majority of the tier list, the only thing I disagree with you on is that Deathslinger and Blight are S Tier solely because of their St Patricks Day themed outfits Edit: also Artist is D in my opinion, I think she is ugly looking, and not in a way that fits for a horror game, her one good skin is the ice one, also I think Huntress has the best blighted skin

Sadly u missed some skins. Why u just look at 3-elements cosmetics? Some cosmetics have only one or two pieces. I know, bcs I bought skin for Legion (Susie) which is one piece cosmetic, only clothes, but I think it's really nice - cats and knifes theme. And it's in store, just need to look at clothes part. And some cosmetics like that exists, masks too sometimes are just alone without other pieces like Ghostface about who I talk below. Also second thing, some skins are only available in rift and not only recolors, but complete cosmetics. Some of them are added after some time into store, but not all and skins from new rifts aren't there yet. But this I can understand if you don't own these skins it takes some time to find these skins, so I understand u can do ranking only from store. But about Ghostface u should know. Like he gets 5 or more masks and two skins in rift. One mask was very well known, I mean "Wassup" mask and also he gets one "pink rare" mask which is animated with blood. I mean blood on mask is going down and it's one of two cosmetics which are animated. So I think Ghostface deserve better than C tier, but u didn't count these cosmetics and idk why, you should at least heard of them. Like u give Demogorgon B-tier when in store he has no cosmetics available. So even only for this animated cosmetic or wassup mask he deserves better I think.

Good video. I'd have to disagree with u on a few of the rankings tho aha. I'd probs give Bubba a B bc I wish he had more outfits but out of the ones he has I like em quite a lot and theyre accurate to the movies. Clown I would give A tier bc I love the nuance of his catalog and he has a lot of goofy and, imo, cool skins. Pyramid Head's I would give a B bc I like his default and maybe the veiny one but idc too much for the other 2. And I'd give Artist a B tier bc she has some very good skins but some of them are kinda underwhelming to me. Also fully agree with u on Skull Merchant. Something else I also dislike with hers tho is that some of the masks look better on the icons but then different and worse on the character which is misleading.

I honestly really really despise the milk man HIllbilly cosmetic. Something about it makes me just cringe everytime I see a Hillbilly running it. I don't know if it's because I don't think it suits Hillbilly or it would suit somebody better but I just hate seeing it. It might just be that the weapon looks goofy with the milk jugs being used as a hammer

Love that we agree on most of the S-Tier skins (because most of them are also my killer mains haha). I am kind of disapointed of Freddy and Plague. I mean just imagine they would have the original Freddy as a legendary skin there (with some of his iconic voice lines), not only would we see Freddy more often but this alone would lift him up from D- to A-Tier in my opinion. Well and regarding the Plague. I think she deserves a lot more, I mean I already said that I don´t like playing against and as her but there is still room for more. Not only skins but maybe also her own terror radius and chase music (which they will add for sure in the future).
