I would suggest always use correct exercises to de-adrenalise yourself after training so that your training doesnt create a PTSD response, which it will if you adrenalise yourself, the reptilian/limbic brain doesn't know you are just training... which us the point.
It absolutely knows your just training, nobody gets PTSD from sparring because you're in full control of when its going to happen ,how and you can stop at any time plus you know theres no chance of death.
If what you're saying was true,every boxer and mma fighter would have it when in fact nobody does.Adrenaline can be interpreted as frightening or exciting depending on perspective .
Dog brothers gatherings doesnt truly benefit the participants much..these guys also didnt change, develop, or improve anything in FMA but stole everything. He should also refer to Grand Master Inosanto as "Grand Master" and not Guro making them equals. In my opinion its disrespectful

They are FMA under pressure they testing the material not stealing anything. The term grandmaster is a nonsense term,inosanto is just a very experienced teacher.
