and that is the first part of this ballad

we all have motives that can pave your
future, your choices, you can use your voices

there are 4 modules that help rearrange
your mindset on painful situations
to sort the tools you need
here is my narration
First up in the DBT tool belt is mindfulness
it will help you live your life full of kindfulness
with a deep breath and willing hands, you can make mindful plans
Judgments are invalidating
avoid making them, so you aren’t degrading
observe situations as they are
and your calculations will be healthier by far
Inside your head, you will find
Rational, Emotional, and Wise Mind.
here you can make the best decisions by far.
mindfully remember: where you go, is where you are

Next in the tool belt of DBT
is Distress Tolerance for you and me
by following these skills, your next your arrival
is reality acceptance and crisis survival
STOP skill, List pros and cons, TIPP (tipp tipp)
we are interconnected physiologically
do not escalate nor avoid,

Next is Emotional Regulation
