With Gohan being uninspired yet again, Piccolo uses the looming threat to encourage his student to take up arms. He tricks the Army into capturing Pan so that Gohan’s papa bear instincts would kick in. It works and chaos ensues. Eventually, Piccolo pulls a 16 and tells Gohan he’s gotta awaken the power in him unless I’m mixing that up. Gohan just stands there for a while, Piccolo gets critically wounded fighting Cell Max, Gohan becomes Gohan Gris and murders CM Punk. Yes, it’s all a**-pulls, but the hodgepodge of fanservice here and there was wild.
