I bought new Toyota Glanza,but observing friction while dropping reverse gear,,sounds like girrrr,,it happening frequently. Dose it can be fixed in service it may cause serious damages to gear box

Good information, if these companies are ready to upgrade to DCT either they could have also connected a transmission cooler to reduce heat as compared to high end luxury cars or properly tune the transmission as you told.

04:14 Where i Use Manual Shifts! Like! It Holds 1st or 2nd Gear according to the Weight! Or Passengers Count So There is no chance to confuse the clutch! I'm using Hyundai Venue S Dct for the past two years! I don't feel any heating issues! Until and unless while driving in a heavy traffic zone! And when you are revving the engine too hard! Simply! Control your Dct Cars by Manual Shifts! In those situations! While Revving the Car! Do Upshift Over Less than 4k Rpm! It Might Helps You! And When You're Stuck on a heavy traffic Zone Do Shift to P Or N Where the Gear box don't act! Obviously It Gets Cool!

Also many people do a common mistake especially in bumper to bumper traffic with Auto gearbox. If the car is in stand still position in traffic, many people wont get the gear to Neutral mode, they would be still in the Drive mode by pressing the Break continuously. This would also lead to lot of heating issues as the clutch has been continuously engaged to 1st gear at the back end.

even Kia Sonet IMT also getting same issue ..even if i drive 20 to 30 bumber to bumber traffic same issue coming ..in the middle of the road saying park safely ..how to park middle of the traffic ... Kia and Hyndai have to accept IMT technology failures ... my car just 8 months old one . In india major cities these cars wont fit then ...they have to stop selling these model cars .

Hyundai Kia are not experts for dct / dsg. Vag are masters in dsg. Shamelessly Koreans are competing with German automakers. Infact if u see Hyundai was so hurry in launching facelift Creta and Seltos , sonnet in this last 2 years. The moment they saw the vag cars were launching SUV , Hyundai were in hurry.. even last week they launched Alcatraz in hurry as they saw kushaq nearing launch...
