I have not been a fan of the chrome bumper trim on my Polestar 2, so I decided I would remove these and change them to the gloss black trim that some of the colour variants have as standard.

I’d try to match the lip to body colour like the other car colours. Making it black would make the grill look huge, in my opinion

Nice job on this. For me, the gloss black looks off next to the matt black of the rest of the bumper. Great video though!

Seems like you should be able to just remove the bottom cover and come in from behind the bumper?

Yeah, not sure it would make it much easier, and would take longer. Happy with this process myself.

@@SpectrumGeeks Yeah I went out and looked and looks like the gray part of the bumper goes all the way forward so it's not a separate piece like most cars have. I popped mine off like you did but def damaged them a bit. but happy with the black versions! Now for the front
