Yes! I try to make every rep look the same and keep my standards high. The quality of a rep is often sacrificed by the majority of people.

As I deadlift every day I use variations of the deadlift to manage load and fatigue. By doing the same exact movement over and over again you are more prone to overuse injuries and I am trying to prevent that.
